Smarterbuys is a scheme backed by the Northern Housing Consortium. They are bulk buying household items so they can sell them on to the public at knock-down prices. There will be one item for sale each month.
Go to the website (www.smarterbuys.org.uk), register and start buying.
There are different payment methods available including Paypoint, Post Office and Credit Union so you won't face huge interest rates or unecessary "optional" insurances.
