Irwell Valley Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord, we own and manage 6814 homes and also provide homes and/or services to 534 shared owners and leaseholders. Our Haughton Green estate is currently undergoing a massive multi million pound regeneration programme since a stock transfer to Irwell Valley HA in 2005.
