The NCC is an independent consumer policy expert, championing the consumer interest to bring about change for the benefit of all consumers. The issues of poverty and disadvantage are at the heart of its work, as often the most vulnerable people find it hardest to be heard. We are a non-departmental body funded mostly by the Department of Trade and Industry.
